***We do not itemize pricing for comprehensive custom itineraries, which include accommodations, transfers, guided experiences and tours, and other components, quoted as a package. Each trip we design is unique and a la carte pricing is not available.  This is standard industry procedure.  **This policy does not apply to hotel only bookings, all inclusive resort bookings, villa bookings, cruise bookings, travel Insurance or flights.

The world is a big place and we haven't been everywhere yet! But through our Global Connections we have a vast network of trusted partners worldwide, including luxury hotels, in destination specialty partners, and cruise lines. 

We work with our partners to offer amazing villa and home rentals, which vary by destination. We do not book Airbnb or Vrbo, as we cannot speak to the quality of these properties. Plus, our professionally managed villa and home rentals come with over the top luxe amenities, like butlers and chefs! 

WE Luxe Travel is a luxury agency. We do have certain spend minimums.  We do not book 3 star properties or below.  We will provide you with the best value for your luxury custom trip.   We do not price match Expedia, Booking.com or other OTA (online travel agency) rates.  Our trips are custom and unique.  But, Our luxury hotel bookings often come with amenities not offered through OTA rates and are often the same price or lower than direct hotel pricing.

We encourage our clients to use points toward their fight bookings.  We cannot book any component of your trip with points. We cannot book through Amex Travel or other credit card company travel program.  Please consider that we are experts providing personalized luxury travel services verses a staffed call center at your credit card company that often have no real travel knowledge. It's apples and oranges!

WE Luxe Travel has adopted a sustainability initiative and does not provide any paper documents.  We are almost completely paper free. Instead, you will receive your custom itinerary in a free mobile app that can be accessed anywhere, online and offline, approximately 2 weeks prior to travel.  You may print out this information as a pdf if you prefer.
