WE Luxe Travel will design your trip and custom tailor your itinerary based on your preferences, budget, interests, needs, abilities, style and sense of adventure.  This includes:

*A questionnaire and personal phone interview to discuss your needs and wants for your trip 

*Research of trip destination 

*Presentment of lodging options (hotels, resorts, villas, lodges, cruise)

*Itinerary suggestions, including restaurant options, transportation (air and ground), activities, tickets, tours and travel tips for your destination

*Travel insurance options 

*Booking the components of your trip

*Be available to you before, during and after travel 

*Advocate on your behalf should any issues arise

WE Luxe Travel is proudly affiliated with Virtuoso and Preferred Partners with Four Seasons Resorts, Hyatt Prive, Marriott STARS and Luminous Brands, Accor, Belmond Bellini, Hilton Impresario, and Langham Couture.  We are able to offer our clients special rates and amenities for hotel only bookings and as part of a larger itinerary.

WE Luxe Travel offers complimentary hotel only bookings for Virtuoso and preferred partner properties. 

WE Luxe Travel can confirm flight itineraries through our air consolidator desk. It happens often that flight schedules change, causing long layovers or missed connections, a reservation needs to be cancelled or rebooked, and having the support of our air consolidator desk to understand our options and the fine print details is invaluable. It is also possible that flights are delayed or cancelled during your travels. Having access to our air consolidator desk enables us to approach any challenge from both sides, which helps tremendously when phone lines are busy and lines are long.

WE Luxe Travel charges a fee per ticket to manage the air booking. In most cases, you will accrue miles for your air tickets booked through our air desk. 

WE Luxe Travel can often offer discounted first and business class airfare through our air desk. 

Please note: if flight itineraries are confirmed separate from WE Luxe Travel and our Air Desk, we are unable to assist with any unexpected changes or cancellations. If we are not the original booking agent, the airlines do not provide us the access we need to modify or update an itinerary.

WE Luxe Travel specializes in planning multigenerational family trips, bachelor and bachelorette parties, girlfriend getaways, friend groups and more.

Traveling with a group can be extremely rewarding and strengthen bonds between travelers. WE Luxe Travel can offer you group planning services that can include group amenities and special rates. 

Please inquire for our Group Planning service fee, which will be based on the size of the group and the complexity of the trip.
