WE Luxe Travel offers complimentary hotel‑only bookings at Virtuoso and preferred partner properties when no additional trip planning is required.​

Air Desk & Flight Management

Air travel has become one of the most complex parts of any journey. 

When booking flights through WE Luxe Travel:

• We can often access competitive business and first‑class fares through our air partners.​
• Schedule changes, cancellations, and missed connections are handled in collaboration with the air desk, allowing us to see options and fine‑print details that are not always obvious to the traveler.​
• During disruptions, having our team and our air partners in your corner means we can approach solutions from multiple angles while you focus on your day.​

WE Luxe Travel charges a per‑ticket fee to manage air bookings. In most cases, you will continue to accrue miles for tickets booked through WE Luxe Travel.

Please note: If flights are booked independently and not through WE Luxe Travel and our air desk, airlines do not grant us the access required to modify or manage those tickets. In those cases, we are unable to assist with changes or cancellations.

WE Luxe Travel can provide group planning services for:

Depending on the group and itinerary, we may be able to secure special group amenities and rates. Group planning fees are tailored to the size of the group and the complexity of the journey; please inquire for a custom quote.
