As both a Travel Designer and a key member of our operations team, Randi handles many of the essentials that clients rarely see but always feel—designing itineraries, coordinating travel insurance, managing flight bookings, and overseeing important back‑office operations that keep trips running smoothly. She continually seeks new destinations and experiences that inspire her work and the journeys she creates for WE Luxe clients.

A former Disney Cast Member she brings true insider expertise to Disney parks and resorts, along with extensive firsthand experience as an avid Royal Caribbean cruiser.
Nicole has also explored all 50 states with her family, turning road trips and getaways into a shared tradition of discovery and fun. That firsthand experience—across cities, small towns, beaches, mountains, and National Parks—gives her a deep, practical understanding of what makes family travel work in the real world.
