As our Client Care Coordinator and Concierge, she handles special requests and works directly with our hotel partners so every stay goes exactly to plan. She's based in New York's Hudson Valley. Rebecca's love language is scoring that impossible to get dinner reservation. Rebecca is an animal lover, a vegan chef and an fierce environmental advocate. Randi keeps every WE Luxe journey running flawlessly behind the scenes — itineraries, flights, and travel insurance. She joined the team in 2025 after 26 years managing complex global operations in the telecom and technology industries, a background that shows in every detail. She lives in Great Neck, New York with her husband and two teenage boys. Randi is currently obsessed with Japanese ryokans. She is also your go to for Kosher friendly travel.

Luanne learned her craft coordinating global travel for corporate executives, but what she loves most about this job is different: taking the time to really get to know each client, so every trip she designs feels personal rather than just planned. She joined WE Luxe Travel in 2024, based in Bergen County, New Jersey with her husband and three children — she's a true beach lover, a marathon runner, and a devoted dog mom. A favorite travel memory is her trip to Guana Island, a serene private escape in the British Virgin Islands.
