We personalize and customize every aspect of your trip, working with partners in destination to bring you authentic, unique experiences. We also have access to rates and amenities for properties through our consortium, which is Virtuoso, and our preferred hotel partner programs, including Four Seasons, Marriott STARS/Luminous, Belmond, Hyatt Prive and more.

WE Luxe Travel will design your trip and include:
*A questionnaire and personal phone discovery call to discuss your needs and wants for your trip
*Research of trip destination
*Presentment of lodging options

*Itinerary suggestions, including air, activities, tickets, tours and travel tips for your destination
*Travel insurance options
*Booking the components of your trip
*An day by day itinerary, accessible through an app
*Be available to you before, during and after travel
*Advocate on your behalf should any issues arise.

The First Step

WE Luxe Travel utilizes online forms for ease in collection of information and PCI compliant software to keep your personal information secure.

Could you fill us in on a few details? This form helps us to be better prepared for our discovery call, where we will delve further into your needs and wants for your trip. Please provide us with names (exactly as they appear on your passport/legal document, including middle names) and birthdates of all travelers. We will also need this information in the event we need to put a hold on a room, cabin or hold a price without deposit.
